I’m not sure how it happened, but I’ve managed to not post anything for almost a month, even though I have a whole bunch of things I can write about.
Here is a picture of a cow to tide things over.
We met on a minimum maintenance road somewhere in southeastern Franklin County. When we stopped to inspect a section of muddy road, this cow came by to say hello.
I love cows – they are so sweet and adorable. I want a cow some day, for the dairy and for a pet. 🙂
We were introduced to Dexter cows at the State Fair a few years ago and fell in love with them. If we ever have serious land, we’ll have pet cows, pet goats, and pet chickens.
My Grandma had goats and I never liked them – I think b/c their milk tastes so foul to me, made me dislike them in general. LOL! There’s a pic of me and Grandma with a baby goat and I’m full out screaming/crying. My feelings didn’t change much over the years. Ha! I’m with you on the cows and chickens though.
P.S. I haven’t blogged in over a month! What’s in the KS air??? 😉
What’s in the air? Lots and lots of pollen.
Yeah, ready for fall and for everything to die. I don’t have allergies but my poor dog has them terribly. This summer was really hard on her.
Awww, poor dog.
